Registration process for applying Corona vaccine
Following is that the registration method for applying Corona vaccine –
- To register online, you may have to provide your photo ID.
- Register using your mobile number.
- From a portable number, anyone can register 4 people, however, every person will need their own photo ID.
- If the Aadhar card is employed as an identification document, consent are going to be obtained and recorded.
- Schedule your vaccination appointment after day at the middle of your choice.
- To register for a vaccine through Arogya Setu, you need to first open the app and so click on the available Cowin tab on the house screen.
- Select ‘Immunization Registration’ and so enter a sign, after which the OTP will come up.
- Click on verification and you may be sent to the registration page.
- Follow the identical steps as mentioned above to register.
- On the day of the appointment, attain the Vaccination Center with a meeting slip and photo ID and acquire the Vaccine as soon as possible.
Required documents
Any ID given below together with photo may be used at the time of registration –
- Aadhar Card
- Driving license
- Health insurance open-end credit issued under the scheme of Ministry of Labor
- Pan card
- Passbook issued by Bank/Post Office
- Passport
- Pension document
- Service Identity Cards issued to employees by Central / government / Public Limited Companies
- Voter id
